Fine if the shoe fits

Good selection and shipping time was relatively quick, but ordering shoes online is risky, and $10 to return is steep. There are other retailers with a good selection of shoes who offer free returns. I will stick with them in the future.

Where are the sandals I ordered?

I ordered sandals in June 4th, a label was created June 9th and still no further activity! The site states "shipping within 5-7 days". I have written and called and was told they could not give me an arrival date but credited my account for $20. I wanted to cancel the order and get a total refund but was told that was not possible! How ridiculous that they can credit and not refund.
Today I still have no confirmation of shipping and NO sandals.
Next step will be a call to credit card company to file a dispute.
Never again will I use this site!

Could I give a zero?

Ordered shoes over 3 weeks ago and still no arrival. No one can tell me when they will arrive although it's already too late for the wedding I bought them to wear. Waited over 30 min for someone in customer service to pick up and no one ever did. Have no idea if I will ever get my 3 pairs of shoes. Watch out.

Horrible Customer Service

I have been waiting on an order for almost 2 weeks, and it hasn't even been shipped yet! Customer service just tells me they're "working on it"...Never buying anything from this place again.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shoes and before they even arrived the price changed lower. They would not make any price adjustment and the customer service agent was neither helpful or very kind, rather blunt and unsympathetic. I would not buy from here again. Also, the web page says best price guarantee and obviously this doesn't mean anything to them.

It is an online scam!

The company WalkingCo is at least 90 percent operating under the previous "owner" name "The Walking Company". The website (www.thewalkingcompany.com) is at the very least deceiving, misleading, and borders on fraud. They claim on the website "highly trained sales staff" but there are no actual store locations. When you order they automatically add shipping protection which is called "Route Package Protection" - you will only find out once you receive the order confirmation. They promise "Easy Returns" which is far from the truth and use email addresses that don't exist (*******@happyreturns.com):

"Before starting your return, please review our full return policy below... Before Starting your return, make sure you've read our return policy completely. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will be rejected. Please visit: https://www.thewalkingcompany.com/returns. By using our online system, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.
To start your return online, please click here
If you purchase your own return label you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise; WallkingCo isn't responsible for any lost packages...
There is no charge for items that are being exchanged through mail or a Happy Returns location... All items must be returned in the original box/packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned to you. If you do not have the original shipping box or inner protective packaging, you can use any shipping box or inner packaging found at your local shipping carrier or package materials store... Complaint Description:
I purchased 3 pair of New Balance Rebels from TheWalkingco.com and they deliberately sent me wrong sized shoes and female shoe in male new balance box I paid $157.44 for 3 pair of New Balance Rebels They confirmed receipt of my request via assignment of request number 94402 on Orders wk476165 & wk47647. Devin Patterson emailed me. thewalkingco.com intentionally sent wrong sized shoes and female shoes in a male new balance box. I've contacted the company asking for a prepaid return shipping label and refund for their deliberate false advertising and fraudulent sales tactic by sending the wrong sized shoes and refusing to refund my account and pay for shipping on the return. I provided proof via pictures and via email and Devin Patterson confirmed receipt of the pictures. I've heard nothing afterwards. I even provided my phone number so they could call me. Nothing!

Your Desired Resolution:
$157.44 and if they want them returned a prepaid shipping label.

I ordered a pair of $120 slippers

I ordered a pair of $120 slippers, processing was easy, delivery was a little late but the entire country was experiencing weather issues and so it was quite understandable. Got them out of the box and proceeded to put them on when I noticed the tongue on one of the slippers had separated from the side where the stitching came apart. Called customer service and had a very pleasant experience with the representative, forwarded a picture of the damage slipper and was notified that they would be in contact with me within 24 hours. 24 hours later I got notification that they were going to refund my purchase with no other questions or return slips I would need to take to the post office. I am going to try and see if I can take them to a repair shop and have them re-stitched but either way, I would give a 10 on customer support and standing behind their products but 5 is a max possible and worse case scenario I may go without slippers for a little bit depending on the repair shop or when I find another pair in the meantime.

Won't Process Your Online Order Without Your Phone #

Another website that won't verify payment unless you give them your phone # - supposedly for security reasons, which I think is total BS.
Cancelled my order and I didn't find out for several days. They also lied and told me they sent me an email to let me know, which they did not.
I've spent thousands with them in the past, but I won't anymore. Plenty of other shoe sellers out there.
